Lord, for all the doctors and nurses,
for all family, friends, and neighbors
for all who care about me
when I’m down I ask Your
blessing upon them all.

May Your face shine upon them
and bless me.

May You gaze favorably upon them
and look after them.

May You look upon them with kindness
and give them Your peace.

Amen.

Dear Lord I thought this virus would be over by now.
How long more must I wait?
How or when is this going to end?
Where can I go to get some relief?
Then I recall a verse from Is 41, 10
“Do not fear: I am with you; do not be anxious: I am your God.
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”
God is working through all of this in God’s own mysterious way.
God is compassionate to us especially when we patiently wait with faith.

Teach me, Lord Jesus, to be generous:
to serve You as You deserve;
to give, not counting the cost;
to fight, not heeding the wounds;
to toil, not asking for rest;
to labor, not seeking any reward,
save that of knowing that we do Your will.

Amen.

Good Morning God!
You are ushering in another day,
untouched and freshly new.
So here I am to ask You, God,
if You'll renew me too.

Forgive the many errors that I made yesterday
and let me try again dear God
to walk closer in Your way.

But Lord, I am well aware,
I can't make it on my own.
So take my hand and hold it tight,
for I cannot walk alone.

Father in Heaven,
You have blessed us with many gifts.
You chose us before the world began,
To be Your adopted sons and daughters,
And to live through love in Your presence.
Give us wisdom and insight to know Your purpose;
Give us courage to follow where Your Spirit leads us,
Give us generosity to serve You in our brothers and sisters.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Lord, even the old leaf looks so special
on a frosty morning, when You tinge it with silver.

You made us all special, Lord.
You adorn each one of us with loving care
for You treasure each one of us.

Lord, no matter how ill I feel,
You see my goodness and make me
precious in Your sign.

Thank you, Lord.

Amen.

Lord I believe that you will always care for us.
As it prays in the psalm “You have created
my inmost being you have knit me
in my mother’s womb.”
Now during this time of the virus help us
to have confidence that you will not abandon us.
No matter how much our lives have been changed
or how much we are suffering
I trust that you are here with us.

Amen.

Dear Mary, my holy mother,
I love you so much
and I give you my heart.
Help me to love God.
Help me to love my neighbor
as a child of God.
Help me to love myself
as a child of God.

Amen.

Lord, like Peter, I am sometimes so afraid,
yet You made him the rock of Your Church.

I long to be closer to You.
Help me to remember that nothing is important
in my life unless it glorifies You in some way.
It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day of my life and keep saying,
"Tomorrow, I will spend more time in prayer,"
but now my longing meets Your love and I want to do it now.
Help me to rely on You for help.
The prayer asks You that I reach perfection.
Please, Lord, remind me that "perfection"
isn't the crazy, "successful" way I try to live my life,
but a perfection of my most authentic, real self.
My "perfection" might be holding my many flaws
in my open hands, asking You to help me accept them.
Heal me, Lord, and help me to find You in the darkness of my life.
Let me reach out in this darkness and feel your hand
and love there to guide me.
May the Lord bless us, protect us from all evil and bring us
to everlasting life.

Amen.

My loving Jesus,
out of the grateful love I bear You,
and to make reparation for my unfaithfulness to grace,
I give You my heart,
and I consecrate myself wholly to You;
and with Your help I shall sin no more.

Amen.

Oh little Jacinta,
look kindly upon these prayers.
Pray for us that we may be humble and gentle of heart
as you were here on earth.
On earth you beheld Our Blessed Mother in her radiance.
Pray that we may join Our Blessed Mother in Heaven
when our time on earth is over.
You suffered illness
and had only ten short years on earth,
but through the guidance of Our Lady
you offered penance and sacrifice to save sinners.
Help us Jacinta to use our precious time on earth
to save as many souls as possible.
As Jesus so loves children
please carry our requests before Him.

Soul of Christ, sanctify me;
Body of Christ, save me;
Blood of Christ, inebriate me;
Water from the side of Christ, wash me;
Passion of Christ, strengthen me;
O good Jesus hear me;
Within your wounds hide me;
separated from you, let me never be;
From the evil one protect me;
At the hour of my death, call me;
And close to you bid me; That with Your saints,
I may be praising You forever and ever.

Amen.

Lord as we suffer through this time of the virus
allow us to turn to You for strength and comfort.
I know that Your saving help reaches out
to those afflicted and in pain.
Grant us the faith to believe that You are here
with us and will grant us a consolation
beyond even our deepest desires.

Grant to Your faithful, Lord, a spirit
generous enough to begin these solemn fasts
with proper fervor and to pursue them with steadfast devotion.
This we ask of You through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son.

Favor this dwelling, Lord, with your presence.
Far from it repulse all the wiles of Satan.
Your holy angels—let them live here,
to keep us in peace.
And may Your blessing remain always upon us.
This we ask of You through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son.

Lord, send the new light of Your dawn
into my inner self.

Make shadows fade, pull back the blind,
let dazzling light cascade into every corner
of my mind.

Lord, send the new warmth of Your sun
into my heart, let me sense Your healing love,
like sun rising gently above sleepy land
on a misty morn to give me a fresh new start.

Lord, send the new fire of Your love into my being,
take away the chill, give new beginning, new purpose,
new thrill, fresh life, fresh hope.

Let me believe still You can give me the power
of Your healing love.

Amen.
