Lord Jesus, may everything I do begin with You, continue with Your help, and be done under Your guidance. May my sharing in the Mass free me from my sins, and make me worthy of Your healing. May I grow in Your Love and Your service, and become a pleasing offering to You; and with You to Your Father. May the mystery I celebrate help me to reach eternal life with you.

Dear Loving and Compassionate God, Giver of all gifts, we pray especially today for the mercy and love You give us. Open our hearts and minds to You. Give us the grace to accept your mercy. As we live each day, we pray for those less fortunate, especially those who are hurting, and whose wounds need to be healed. Help us become involved in ways that show them how deeply we care. Give us the personal courage to listen to their concerns and help them find the solutions to which they are entitled as Your children and our brothers and sisters. Amen.

We like everything to be black and white. We don't like grey areas, but it seems to me that life is mostly lived in grey areas as we struggle to reach truth. I pray for anybody living in the grey areas of life today. Anyone dealing with their wounds. Anyone feeling alone and unloved. Father, take the lives of our teens.
We offer them to You with open hands.
Through the example of Jesus,
each them to surrender their lives fully to You.
Bless them with the knowledge that they are Your beloved ones
and that they truly belong to a community of love and mercy.
Break open their hearts so that the seed of the Word
and the power of the Eucharist can be planted in fertile ground,
take root and transform their lives.
Give these teens to the world with the power of the Holy Spirit
to witness to the love of Jesus and serve Him in each person they meet.

I ask Your pardon and forgiveness for my own failure and the failure of all people in this world to protect and respect this gift You have given us. I pray that with Your grace I and all the people will respect, reverence, and protect all life of the unborn, the abused, neglected, disabled, and the elderly. Guide all who make decision about life, that they will do so with wisdom, love, and courage.
